Felicia Jessup graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2010 and received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech University in 2014.
That same year, Ms. Jessup also became a National Board Certified Counselor. She went on to become a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2016. Ms. Jessup has held a variety of behavioral health positions, such as dual diagnosis counseling and trauma counseling with both civilians and military, in a variety of settings, such as inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and assertive community treatment. Ms. Jessup is trained in Preschool/Youth PTSD Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (YPT), an evidence-based treatment that addresses trauma in children from 4 to 17 years of age. Ms. Jessup has specialized in working with the LGBTQ+ population, including transgender youth and adults, for over 5 years.
